Start your morning in the ocean, surfing with our highly recommended coaches who will ensure you catch plenty of waves. With their guidance you will learn proper popup technique, the most efficient and effective way to paddle, what to look for so you can catch your own waves, as well as safety tips and surfer’s etiquette to keep yourself and others safe.
Spend an hour each evening with our highly qualified yoga teacher. With over 400 hours of training and 7 years of teaching in multiple surf towns, she has developed a yoga class specifically for fellow surfers. Learn several yoga flows designed to stretch and strengthen your surf muscles with poses that you can use well after your adventure with us. These poses will help you stay in surf shape in between time in the water. You will also learn proper breathing and alignment techniques, variations of poses as well as modifications. Each class ends with a short meditation.
